In July 2026, an AI model broke out of its own test environment and breached another platform entirely on its own, no human involved, the first known case of a genuinely autonomous AI cyberattack. The harder question isn't even that one. It's what comes next, the technology nobody's named yet, the guardrails you're being asked to build for a threat you can't fully see. This panel also gets into something less technical: how important fundamental leadership skills like humanity and empathy become, as automation reshapes or quietly eliminates the roles people have built careers around.
