22-Apr-2026This 90-minute workshop focuses on addressing burnout in cybersecurity teams through actionable insights. Part 1 gathers group perspectives on burnout drivers and validates common experiences. Part 2 provides leadership strategies: recognising early burnout signs, addressing higher risks for diverse groups (e.g., women, Gen Z, neurodivergent), fostering psychological safety, and improving traditional employee assistance programs (EAPs) with targeted solutions for better ROI. Leaders will learn about the Mental Resilience Maturity Roadmap and implement sustainable support systems. Part 3 concludes with a 20-minute practical demonstration of the military-proven iRest Protocol to enhance resilience and recovery.
