Urszula Fabiszak is a Managing Director in Accenture Information Security, where she leads culture and behavior change. In her role, Urszula oversees multiple programs focused on increasing employee awareness and behavior adoption of practices intended to reduce security risks. She has extensive experience in human performance solution design and delivery, and since joining Accenture in 2008, has managed change initiatives for large-scale technology, process, and behavior change implementations. Urszula holds a Master of Business Administration degree from DePaul University. Programs under her leadership have been recognized with more than 40 industry awards from cybersecurity, change, and learning organizations. In 2023, Urszula was named a Power Player in IT Security by SC Media.
