Amir Vashkover is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of global experience across information security, AI governance, and business development. He currently heads Data & AI Security at Philips, where he drives enterprise-wide strategies for securing digital transformation and secure GenAI adoption. With leadership roles at various SMB and enterprise companies, Amir has built and led global security programs, professional services teams, and strategic alliances. As a former Lieutenant Colonel in the military, he brings mission-driven leadership and deep technical acumen to every role. Amir holds an MBA and a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and volunteers as a certified EMT with the Red Cross. Amir is a triathlon and marathon runner who enjoys pushing his aerobic limits, but also unwinding with long-distance rides on his motorbike.
